This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) of Fila U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, “FILA”), explains what Personal Information is collected and/or processed when you use or interact with FILA’s (a) retail websites (“Sites”), (b) mobile applications (“Apps”), (c) retail stores (“Stores”) and (d) FILA’s customer service department (“Customer Service”)(collectively, “Fila Interactions”).
